Former Nigeria international John Utaka
has completed his move to Egyptian side
Ismaily, promising to help the club win
titles, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The forward returned to Ismaily 16 years
after he left the club for Qatari side Al
Sadd.
He first played for Ismaily in the
2000/2001 season and helped the club
win the Egyptian Cup.
The former Portsmouth of England player
joined the club on a free after completing
his contract with Turkish side Sivasspor.
“I wish to win many things with Ismaily,”
he told the club’s official website after
completing the deal.
The 34-year old who represented Nigeria
at two World Cups scored six goals in 43
international appearances for the Super
Eagles.
